Paradise Ranch RV Resort is hiring Certified Lifeguards to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment at our water facilities. This role is essential to providing excellent guest experiences through professionalism, vigilance, and quick response.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise aquatic areas and enforce safety regulations</li>
<li>Respond swiftly to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and safety of water areas and equipment</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with guests and staff</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)</li>
<li>CPR, First Aid, and AED certified</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and safety</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a resort, camp, or recreational facility</li>
<li>Availability on weekends and holidays</li>
</ul>
