Job DescriptionJob Overview:

  • Assist in coordinating operational activities and maintaining documentation for the organization or department.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and office tasks to support operations leadership.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and business plans.
  • Assist in communicating operational strategies and company policies to employees.
  • Help establish and adjust work procedures to meet operational schedules.

  • Support efforts to improve working conditions and operational effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to operations teams.
  • Maintain documentation and operational records.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives.
  • Support communication of policies and procedures.

Should Have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Skills:

Qualification And Education:
