Onsite School Nurse (LPN or RN) Fullerton, PA Area

Soliant Education is now seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite school-based contract position near Fullerton, Pennsylvania for the 20252026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse with pediatric experience to work in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on students' well-being.

Position Details:

• Start/End Dates: August 2025 June 2026 (Tentative, follows school calendar)

• Hours: 32.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday

• Location: Onsite, in-person only no remote options

• Caseload: TBD multiple student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of chronic health conditions.

• Respond to medical emergencies and implement emergency care procedures.

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation per state and district guidelines.

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health plans.

• Promote health education and wellness among students and staff.

• Support a busy health office with multiple patients at a time this is not a 1:1 position.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Must meet all state and school district credentialing requirements.

• In-person availability only remote work is not permitted.

• Pediatric nursing experience required.

• Must have experience with multi-student or clinical care settings (not solely 1:1).

• Previous school nursing experience preferred, but not required.
