Job Summary

Lawn Matters is hiring Lawn Care Technicians / Applicators to perform professional lawn treatments and deliver great customer service. This is a hands-on, outdoor role with company-provided equipment and paid training.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn treatments using company equipment
• Identify weeds, pests, and turf issues
• Manage a daily service route independently
• Communicate with customers about lawn care needs
• Complete service documentation via mobile device

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor hands-on work preferred
• Comfortable working independently outdoors
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Willing to obtain applicator licensing (training provided)

Background check, drug screen, and MVR required
