Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled candidate looking to make a significant impact in the lives of elementary students. This part-time position is set for the .4 FTE schedule, servicing a K-6th grade caseload at a single school site in Esko, MN, for the full 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, particularly in school settings
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes; DHS licensure is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Location:Esko, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
- Offer support and guidance to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development.
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students within the K-6th grade range.
