Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. 
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity in International Falls, MN. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to play a key role in patient health and pharmacy operations within a supportive retail environment. Relocation assistance is available.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>
Review, interpret, and dispense prescription and nonprescription medications
</li>
<li>
Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, storage, and expected outcomes
</li>
<li>
Advise providers on drug selection, dosage, and interactions
</li>
<li>
Monitor patient progress and response to therapy
</li>
<li>
Supervise and provide clinical oversight to pharmacy support staff
</li>
<li>
Stay current with evolving pharmacy technologies and practices
</li>
</ul>
Schedule/Shift:
<ul>
<li>
Monday Saturday
</li>
<li>
8:00 AM 6:00 PM
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Active MN Pharmacist License in good standing
</li>
<li>
BLS Certification
</li>
<li>
Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosing, and state/local regulations
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
ACLS and Immunization Certification
</li>
<li>
At least one (1) year of recent retail pharmacy experience
</li>
</ul>
