Position Summary
The Sales Manager oversees all sales operations across two Budget Blinds locations in Florida and Georgia. You’ll manage and coach design consultants, ensure effective sales processes, and collaborate with ownership and operations leadership to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of design consultants to achieve sales goals.

Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets with ownership.

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings.

Manage CRM activity to ensure accurate data and timely lead follow-up.

Partner with marketing to drive qualified lead flow through business development and event participation.

Develop referral and partnership programs (builders, realtors, HOAs, etc.).

Represent Budget Blinds through networking, sponsorships, and home shows.

Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.

Support expansion efforts and new territory development.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience managing a sales team (home improvement industry preferred).

Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Strong organizational and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.

Willingness to travel between Florida and Georgia territories as needed.

Servant-leader mindset — leads through support, accountability, and care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
Bonuses: Performance-based incentive plan tied to team results
Travel: Vehicle allowance + travel reimbursement
