Job Title: Residential Construction Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60,000–$70,000 per year

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish. While this role requires someone who understands how to build a home from the ground up, our greatest need is for a leader who can successfully manage renovations, remodels, additions, and property improvement projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, solutions-oriented, and experienced in coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee renovations, remodels, additions, and improvement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and scheduling
- Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and project plans
- Monitor job progress, workmanship, and project quality
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Identify and solve field issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout
- Communicate regularly with ownership, clients, and project teams
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong background in home renovations and remodels
- Working knowledge of ground-up residential construction
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple moving parts on active job sites
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong understanding of residential building practices, timelines, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with custom homes, additions, or large-scale residential remodels
- Estimating or budgeting experience
- Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and code compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects or phases at once
