Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Utilize your expertise to provide specialized instruction and meaningful support to students with significant cognitive, developmental, and behavioral disabilities. In this resource/inclusion position, you’ll collaborate closely with general education staff, families, and specialists to foster a supportive learning community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active New Jersey Special Education Teaching license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Demonstrated passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and families
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging specialized instruction in both resource and inclusion settings
- Collaborate with co-teachers, specialists, and paraprofessionals to promote student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
- Foster positive relationships and a safe classroom environment for all learners
