Looking for a role where you can combine excellent customer service skills with the charm of Savannah’s historic district? Planters Inn on Reynolds Square is seeking a friendly and professional Valet to join our team. Located in the heart of Savannah, GA, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
As a Valet, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at Planters Inn. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assisting guests with luggage and providing directions or recommendations as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized valet area.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service every time.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, courteous demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks like lifting luggage.
