What You’ll Own

New business development in target B2B markets

Growth and retention of existing customer accounts

Full-cycle sales: prospect → solution → close

Complex, consultative deals across multiple industries

Proposals, quotes, and sales documentation

Sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene

Representation at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
Who This Is For

5+ years of B2B sales and account management experience

Background in technology, security, or industrial equipment preferred

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

Track record of hitting or beating quota

Comfortable running complex sales cycles

Self-starter who doesn’t need babysitting

Bachelor’s degree preferred
