Job Title: Landscaping Laborer / Equipment Operator

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Responsibilities:

· Perform general landscaping tasks as assigned

· Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently

· Follow directions from the crew leader and work as part of a team

· Understand and execute the scope of work for each project

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

· Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators

· Knowledge of hardscaping practices (pavers, retaining walls, etc.) is a plus

· Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction work

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
