H&M Landscaping is urgently hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders to manage commercial landscape maintenance routes across the Cincinnati region.
Crew Leaders are responsible for driving the truck and trailer, leading a crew, and owning the quality and efficiency of their assigned properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping experience who wants to step into a leadership role with long-term career growth.
What You'll Do
Crew Leaders are responsible for managing daily route operations and leading a small landscape crew.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving a company truck and trailer to service commercial properties
- Managing and completing daily landscape maintenance routes
- Leading and directing crew members on job tasks
- Operating landscape equipment including:

- Zero-turn mowers
- String trimmers
- Edgers
- Hedge trimmers
- Backpack blowers
- Ensuring properties meet H&M quality standards
- Training and mentoring crew members
- Performing shrub pruning, bed maintenance, and seasonal services
- Ensuring equipment and trucks are maintained and organized
- Communicating with management regarding route progress
- Assisting with snow removal operations during winter
Crew Leaders take ownership of their route and properties, ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Prior landscaping or lawn care experience
- Ability to lead and manage a crew
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
