Job Summary:
The Admissions Intelligence Supervisor provides analytical and operational support to Admissions Operations by monitoring lead-funnel performance, analyzing conversion data, and supporting outreach efforts within Admissions systems.
While reporting to the Admissions Intelligence Manager, this role is expected to work directly with the Florida Operations, Vice President of Admissions, and the Florida Admissions Regional Director to support analysis and implementation efforts aligned with admissions priorities. The role will deliver actionable insights, recommend improvements, and support efficient execution of the Florida Operations.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Lead Performance & Conversion Analysis
• Analyze daily, weekly, and quarterly enrollment and lead funnel reports to prioritize programs and campuses, assess lead intake, conversion performance, and lead quality, and identify opportunities to improve enrollment outcomes.
• Evaluate conversion patterns and performance variances by program and campus to understand what is working well and where adjustments can strengthen lead progression and conversion.
• Formulate, recommend, and present clear, data-informed insights and solution-oriented recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making, improve execution, and drive stronger conversion and enrollment results.
Enrollment Performance Monitoring, Analysis & Solutions
• Oversee and validate daily activity for new inquiries and re-entry leads to ensure data accuracy and proper movement through the admissions funnel, including contact attempts, appointments, and conversion flow.
• Evaluate and recommend actions based on lead performance and conversion metrics across daily, weekly, and quarterly periods, and implement corrective or optimization strategies aligned with program-level results.
• Assess and drive improvements based on performance trends by reinforcing effective practices and initiating actions to strengthen lead progression, productivity, and conversion outcomes.
• Develop and present clear, solution-oriented recommendations and lead implementation efforts in collaboration with the Vice President of Admissions and the Regional Director to ensure aligned and timely execution.
Performance Reporting & Decision Support
• Be responsible for tracking and analyzing key admissions performance metrics, including lead activity, appointments, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations and implementing approved action plans to address identified trends and opportunities.
• Analyze findings and recommend operational improvements, taking ownership of day-to-day optimization initiatives. Recommendations that extend beyond daily operations or require strategic or cross-functional decisions must be escalated to the Admissions Intelligence Manager for alignment and direction.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and proposed improvement plan directly to the Vice President of Admissions and the Regional Director to support alignment and approval.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement by sharing insights and recommendations with Admissions Directors and monitoring outcomes to ensure sustained performance gains.
Campaign Creation, Monitoring & Optimization
• Analyze and evaluate outreach campaign performance and identify data-driven opportunities to improve lead movement and conversion.
• Recommend, submit, and track system change requests to IR based on campaign performance insights to support approved adjustments.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure outreach strategies and messaging are aligned with admissions goals and are operationally feasible.
Systems Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Oversee and assess daily functionality and usage of admissions systems to ensure operational stability and data reliability.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between Admissions and IT by identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and escalating technical issues that impact productivity.
• Evaluate recurring system and workflow challenges and recommend sustainable, long-term solutions to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
Admissions Resources & Training Enablement
• Manage and maintain centralized documentation related specifically to lead management, lead workflows, and CRM system.
• Translate lead performance insights and system updates into clear, practical resources that admissions teams can apply immediately.
Leadership Partnership & Cross-Functional Support
• Provide analytical and operational decision support to the Vice President of Admissions and the Regional Director of Admissions through data-driven recommendations and insights
• Engage with Directors of Admissions, as needed, to support performance, data compliance, and production efficiency following leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align systems, reporting, and execution.
• Responsible for the implementation of special initiatives and projects through analysis, recommendations, and coordinated follow-through.
Qualifications/Education:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas
• 2–3 years of experience in admissions operations, enrollment management, CRM/SIS, or performance reporting
• Bilingual written and verbal (English/Spanish) required
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience using Business Intelligence or reporting tools
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Traveling to Florida is required
