• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure all discrepancies are addressed and resolved.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Assist in HR administration tasks, supporting employee records and documentation.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to track financial data and generate reports.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required by management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
• Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and HR administrative functions.
