Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Hendersonville, Tennessee

Schedule: Timpani scheduling system with preferences highly considered; no floating required

Highlights:

• 20 LDRP beds plus 5 OB assessment beds in an HCA Unit of Distinction (2021)
• Patient ratios: 1:3-4 couplets, 1:1 for active labors, VBACs, and high-acuity patients; 1:1-2 for triage and early labor
• Comprehensive case mix including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, versions, epidurals, postpartum tubals, cerclage removal, and circumcisions
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE fetal monitors and Novii wireless monitoring; CPN and Meditech documentation systems
• Innovation pilot site focused on improving nurse workload and enhancing patient experience and outcomes
• Strong support team with OB scrub tech coverage 24/7, unit secretary Monday–Friday, and PCT support morning shift

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Labor & Delivery experience required
• Triage experience required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
• Couplet care and OR circulating experience preferred
