**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Are you an experienced Emergency Room Nurse ready to take on the challenge of providing exceptional care? We want YOU to join our team!\n\n- As a member of our Emergency Department, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, addressing a wide range of conditions, from minor clinic cases to critical situations like strokes, STEMIs, Level I traumas, and complex post-surgical complications.\n\n- **Key Responsibilities:**\n - Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.\n - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.\n - Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.\n - Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.\n - Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, family members, and caregivers.\n\n- **What We’re Looking For:**\n - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department (Level 1, 2, or 3 Trauma).\n - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.\n - Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA only).\n - RN License in the state of NM or compact.\n\n- **Work Schedule:**\n - Multiple shifts available to fit your lifestyle. \n\n- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \n - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. \n - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. \n - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
