Salary range: $18.91 - $22.70/hr


Client Relations Coordinator

Primary Purpose:

The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional tier-one client support and administrative coordination within the Client Services Department. This role exercises independent judgment in triaging inquiries, resolving non-complex service matters, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication between brokers, clients, groups, and internal teams.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for incoming client communications and plays a critical role in maintaining service quality standards, supporting operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
• Triage and route complex or urgent matters to appropriate departments while independently resolving non-complex issues within established protocols.
• Maintain service performance standards, including call quality, response times, and documentation accuracy.
• Accurately document client interactions and case details within CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Process client correspondence, enrollment materials, and related administrative tasks within established timelines.
• Audit and maintain client contact information to ensure communication accuracy and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Client Relations Consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless service coordination.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews, calibration sessions, and adherence to service standards.
• Support onboarding and peer mentoring of new team members.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, contact center, or client support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time office environment.
• Frequent sitting, speaking, and use of computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
