Warehouse Clerk - 1st Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support both administrative and light warehouse operations. This role involves a mix of computer-based tasks and hands-on inventory work.
Key Responsibilities

Manage email intake from assigned customers: organize, control, log, and monitor action items.

Support warehouse order creation, processing, and exception resolution (with customers and warehouse staff).

Compile and prepare monthly billing data.

Receive items into warehouse inventory and ensure accurate logging for future assembly/fulfillment.

Process outbound shipments using UPS/FedEx systems accurately and efficiently.
Preferred Skills

Proficient in MS Outlook, Office, and Excel.

Typing speed: 40 WPM / 4500 KPH.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and email).

Strong organizational skills (electronic and physical document management).

High attention to detail and commitment to quality results.

Ability to work in office and warehouse environments (varied temperatures and dust tolerance).

Comfortable using step ladders to inspect inventory levels.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Typical Day

80% screen/computer work (seated or standing)

20% warehouse tasks including walking, printing, and project-based assignments
