Join us where every moment counts.

Every day, over 40,000 colleagues within our organization come together with a shared sense of pride, understanding that each moment is significant. We invite you to be part of Connecticut’s most extensive healthcare network.

Our facility is among the largest and most esteemed teaching hospitals in New England. As a Level 1 Trauma Center, we deliver state-of-the-art treatment to our patients. This is facilitated by hosting the largest robotic surgery center in the Northeast and the Center for Education, Simulation, and Innovation (CESI), recognized as one of the most advanced medical simulation training centers globally. When other hospitals are unable to provide the specialized care, expertise, and innovative treatment options their patients need, they turn to us.

Become part of our efforts to develop and expand a brand new 10-bay PACU unit that will deliver 24/7 post-operative care to diverse patient populations undergoing various surgical and interventional procedures. The PACU RN will be responsible for recovering patients from general and regional anesthesia, as well as IV and conscious sedation, necessitating acute and ICU-level care. This role demands teamwork, independence, effective communication, and critical thinking skills, along with collaboration, innovation, adaptability, and a willingness to work with all disciplines to establish and enhance interdepartmental workflows and relationships.
