Office Administrator – Denver Office

Position Overview:

Crane Service Inc., a leading provider of specialized lifting and rigging solutions, is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to support our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical in ensuring seamless office operations and providing high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, providing a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including conference room scheduling, facilities coordination, and supply management.
  • Prepare and proofread internal documents and reports.
  • Ensure the office is maintained to professional standards, including cleanliness, safety, and organization of common areas.
  • Ordering and stocking water, tea, coffee, and healthy snacks for the kitchen and conference room.
  • Handle general office duties including mail distribution, document filing, and managing office equipment.
  • Liaise with building management to address facility-related needs and office maintenance.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SmartSheets) and comfort with learning new software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • This role is based in our Denver, Colorado office; no remote or hybrid work is available.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and walking through office facilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
