Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers in the North Dakota area to promote and sell Golden Harvest seeds.
- Educate farmers on the benefits and features of Golden Harvest products, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions for their operations.
- Work closely with the Fossco Ag team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure farmer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate relevant information to farmers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with farmers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and the ability to understand and communicate technical information to farmers.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools to manage sales activities and track customer interactions.
