JOB DESCRIPTION: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
The ideal candidate is a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting production machinery. This role ensures that all plant equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely through maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance roles
- Strong troubleshooting ability for PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls
- Skilled in mechanical repair, welding, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proven track record of safe work practices in food or manufacturing environments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Continuous learner eager to master new technologies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and repair production lines, machinery, and equipment to ensure continuous operation
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Install, rebuild, and align machinery to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment supports daily output goals
- Utilize technical knowledge of PLCs, servos, and automation systems for system diagnostics
- Participate in equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and installations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and workplace safety guidelines
- Accurately document maintenance work and repairs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
