Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity offers three full-time positions, each working 37.5 hours per week, serving a diverse K-12 caseload. Situated near Stafford, VA, this role welcomes both seasoned SLP-CCC professionals and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to start their careers in a school-based setting.
Candidates can expect to collaborate with a dynamic team to help students reach their full communication potential. If you have a particular preference for certain grade levels within K-12, let us know so we can match you with the right caseload.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC credentials are preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in school settings is an advantage, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation according to school policies
