The Imaging Specialist performs in-house document preparation, scanning and data capture for retrieval of documents and information by others. The position will include reviewing, staging, and scanning into the document imaging system, performing quality verification steps, and handling archival of hard copy documents according to established procedures. The Imaging Specialist also serves as a resource for internal users responding to basic questions and issues. Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing and stooping. May require occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and be well organized in workflow and production. Critical thinking, solid communication skills and collaboration are necessary in supporting team members meet goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scanning and/or indexing documents preferred.
- A background verification and drug screening are required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 7:30am-4:00pm
