In this role, you will assist members with daily transactions, promote beneficial products, and ensure secure and accurate cash handling. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable and supportive environment.Responsibilities:• Assist members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Resolve complaints or discrepancies and answer inquiries in person, by phone, or online
• Promote and sell credit union products and services aligned with members' needs
• Maintain, balance, and reconcile cash drawers with accuracy
• Identify and report potential fraudulent activity, adhering to all security procedures and financial regulationsQualifications and Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling experience preferred; on-the-job training may be provided
• Strong math and computer skills
• High level of dependability, accountability, and attention to detail
