As a PMO Business Analyst, you will support strategic business transformation initiatives by providing functional expertise, enhancing executive reporting capabilities, and contributing to change management efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and analyzing business challenges, driving the implementation of key projects, and ensuring operational alignment with the organization’s growth objectives.

  • Support the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives across departments.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational growth and scaling strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or PMO support roles.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Abilities:
    • Familiarity with change management methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2).
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI: Ideal for professionals involved in managing and executing projects, especially within a PMO structure.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner – Prosci: Focuses on change management methodologies and tools, aligning well with transformation and adoption efforts.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance: Useful for analysts working in Agile environments or supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate – Microsoft: Demonstrates proficiency in data visualization and reporting, which is key for executive dashboards and analytics.
