Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service Representatives for our global healthcare provider client working remotely. These are contract to hire opportunities based on performance and attendance! All equipment is provided.
Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Pay: $17.50/hr. to $18.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm MST, some Saturdays as needed
Location: Remote (Candidates MUST reside in the USA for consideration)
Contract Duration: Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to the Colorado Provider Contact Center supporting Colorado providers by answering questions regarding Medicaid
- Responded to Provider questions including Claim Status, Member Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Provider Enrollment, etc.
- Research and document account information
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years call center customer service experience in a medical insurance and/or healthcare related environment
- Exceptional communication and computer skills
- Home office set-up to include high speed internet and a quiet work location
- High school diploma or GED
