Position: Drainage Installer (Full‐Time)
- Location: Lewisville, TX
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 6AM- 3:30PM standard hours, some weekends or on‐call availability as needed.
- Travel: Must be able to travel out of town during the work week, per diem is available on overnight trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of French drains, storm drains and sump pumps.
- Using a rotary laser to understand grade and elevations in those installations.
- Using hand tools to achieve proper trench excavation for pipe and other fixture installation. Using Saws, Drills, Compaction equipment and wheelbarrows to move materials as needed.
- Operate machinery to assist in those installations: Skid loaders and mini excavators.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on pipes, pumps and controllers.
- Maintain and clean service vehicles and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varied weather
- Strong communication, problem‐solving skills, punctual and reliable.
