Label Aid is a leading manufacturer of custom labels since 1984 with a strong commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
CSR Job Description - focus on providing an excellent customer experience and processing orders.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Receive estimate requests via phone, email, and fax. Engage with customers to ensure all required information is provided and expectations along with packaging needs are clearly understood.
- Follow up on estimates.
- Receive purchase orders from customers and review all aspects of the order before sending order confirmation. Verify the order includes customer supplied art and/or in-house art request, tooling, pricing, lead time, good customer credit standing.
- Issue purchase orders for all ancillary items related to the clients order. These may include tooling, in house art/design, and plates.
- Respond to customer email/phone inquiries throughout the day as well as respond to customer requests for order changes.
- Update customer on any issues related to their order.
- Follow up with house account order shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and mail sample packets to existing customers and new prospects.
- Follow-up on sample packets.
- Prepare month end follow up reports for orders shipped and sample packets. Present this information at meetings.
- Address customer questions/complaints and request samples from customer.
- Work with customer to arrive at a satisfactory resolution to any order concerns.
- Educate customers on new products and capabilities
Qualifications
- 2-3yrs customer service required
- Knowledge and experience in label printing preferred, but not required.
- Basic math and proof-reading skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly with production, sales, and graphics team
