Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services for the 20262027 school year in the Neah Bay, WA area. This full-time, contracted position involves working within a school setting to support student well-being and educational success through psychological assessments and interventions.
Location: Neah Bay, Washington
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Assignment: Approximately 35 reevaluations plus initial and transfer assessments as needed
License Required: Washington State School Psychologist certification
Interview: Virtual panel interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including reevaluations, initial assessments, and transfer evaluations.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans tailored to student needs.
- Collect, interpret, and report data regarding student cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning.
- Provide guidance and consultation on best practices to foster positive student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State School Psychologist license.
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for K-12 populations.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while providing quality services.

- No onsite supervision provided; candidate will work independently with district collaboration.
- Onboarding includes standard school district requirements and background clearance, including fingerprinting prior to start.
