SERVPRO of Lynnwood is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restoration Crew Lead to guide crews, run job sites, and ensure quality work from start to finish. This is a working-lead role for someone ready to move beyond senior technician work and into long-term leadership within restoration.

What Youll Do
- Lead and support a small crew on fire, water, and mold restoration projects
- Coordinate daily work including demo, extraction, drying, remediation, and contents handling
- Assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods and materials
- Perform light construction work as needed (drywall, framing, flooring)
- Maintain safe, clean, and compliant job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers and manage job expectations
- Participate in a pre-scheduled on-call rotation shared across the team
What Were Looking For
- Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, field-based environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team
- Sound judgment, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- 12+ years in restoration, construction, or a skilled trade
- Previous experience as a crew lead, foreman, or senior technician
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT)
- Familiarity with restoration tools, safety standards, and job documentation
