Position Overview
A respected industry leader with decades of proven success and a reputation for quality is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support ongoing accounting and bookkeeping operations. This role offers flexibility and can be structured as either Full-Time or Part-Time based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting activities.
- Enter expenses, payments, and transactions into the company’s accounting system.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with general bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide organizational and analytical support to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
Position Requirements
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial recordkeeping experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience entering expenses/transactions in an accounting system.
- Confidence working with numbers independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets.
- Flexibility and willingness to support team needs.
- Background screening is required.
