Our company is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Based on general knowledge.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Based on general knowledge.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable. Based on general knowledge.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Based on general knowledge.
- Maintain visitor logs and assist with check-in procedures. Based on general knowledge.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed. Based on general knowledge.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Based on general knowledge.
- Monitor and order office supplies when necessary. Based on general knowledge.
- Support internal teams with clerical and customer service-related tasks. Based on general knowledge.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal staff.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure in an office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple front desk tasks.
• Experience working in a services or legal office setting is preferred.
• Ability to represent the firm positively through a neat appearance and appropriate conduct.
