Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist/Call Center Sales Representative to provide dedicated phone-based support to our Sales Representatives. In this role, you will assist with system navigation, address general sales support questions, and ensure seamless resolution of inquiries with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Agents with questions related to:
  • Self-service tools and system troubleshooting
  • Member concerns and Medicaid verification
  • Application status and eligibility checks
  • Onboarding and certification processes
  • Commission-related inquiries
  • Accurately document call resolutions in internal systems with clarity and detail
  • Consistently provide a positive and professional experience for all customers
  • Achieve minimum weekly performance targets


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
