Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Description

We’re hiring a high-performing specialty pharmaceutical sales professional with a client of ours to own and grow a Northern CA territory. This is a performance-driven role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to be paid at the top of the market for top results.

Can reside in San Francisco, San Jose or Sacramento.

What you’ll do:

• Drive prescription growth with targeted specialty HCPs
• Build and execute a smart, data-driven territory plan
• Influence prescribing through clinical knowledge and strong relationships
• Work closely with specialty pharmacies and navigate the payer landscape

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven pharma sales experience (specialty experience required)
• Strong track record of exceeding goals
• Existing relationships with GI/Hepatology and/or Bariatric practices a major plus. Open to high performers with any healthcare sales background.
• Self-starter mindset
