Job Description
Client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This part-time role involves providing high-quality behavioral services, supporting clients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload of clients receiving ABA services
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians and team members
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and progress
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the state of Maryland
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
