About the Role:

We’re currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities
\n

- Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
- Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
- Conducting student assessments and contributing to the development of education plans
- Supporting classroom staff with behavioral strategies and interventions

Qualifications

- Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.

Preferred Skills

- 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.

Pay range and compensation package

- Pay Range: $73.50 - $90.85 hourly
- Schedule: 35 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
