Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mixing Operator
Location: Evansville, IN
Pay Range: $23 per hour + pay differential
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm or 3:30pm-11pm or 11pm-7:30am M-F OT as required
What's the Job?
- Mixing ingredients together based on specified formulas using mixers and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to safety protocols during the mixing process
- Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Operating and maintaining mixing equipment efficiently and safely
- Documenting process data and reporting any issues to supervisors
What's Needed?
- 1 year experience as a mixing operator or equivalent skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work various shifts including overtime as needed
