Overview:
The Bookkeeper will support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for a small operation. This role focuses on basic bookkeeping tasks, AP/AR processing, and record keeping, with low transaction volume and straightforward accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process and file invoices and financial documents
  • Manage routine bill payments (utilities such as electric, cable, water, etc.)
  • Track receivables, with occasional increases during peak periods
  • Calculate and track employee hours for payroll submission (payroll is outsourced)
  • Maintain accurate financial records for approximately 40 units
  • Perform basic data entry and reporting using Excel
  • Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
