Overview:
The Bookkeeper will support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for a small operation. This role focuses on basic bookkeeping tasks, AP/AR processing, and record keeping, with low transaction volume and straightforward accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process and file invoices and financial documents
- Manage routine bill payments (utilities such as electric, cable, water, etc.)
- Track receivables, with occasional increases during peak periods
- Calculate and track employee hours for payroll submission (payroll is outsourced)
- Maintain accurate financial records for approximately 40 units
- Perform basic data entry and reporting using Excel
- Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
