Keep your home base and travel to large hyperscale data center builds across various locations-multi-year projects with high visibility and impact.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee electrical safety and energy compliance across large-scale data center construction projects
- Serve as the on-site authority for energy isolation, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and energized work protocols
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and client representatives to ensure safe execution of electrical scopes
- Conduct field audits, inspections, and risk assessments to verify adherence to energy control procedures
- Lead pre-task planning and safety briefings related to energized systems and equipment
- Maintain and enforce site-specific energy control plans and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with commissioning teams and trade partners to manage transitions between construction and live environments
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with temporary power, permanent power, and critical systems
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and client-specific standards for electrical safety
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to address challenges, escalate issues, and drive resolution
- Support continuous improvement of energy safety programs and contribute to training initiatives
- Track and report energy-related incidents, near misses, and corrective actions

What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of experience in electrical safety oversight or energy management on large construction projects
- Deep understanding of LOTO procedures, energized work permitting, and electrical hazard mitigation
- Experience working on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926, and client-specific safety protocols
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple trades and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance in dynamic environments
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and field presence
