Support Nutrition, Wellness, and Quality Dining for Our Residents in East Texas

We’re seeking a Regional Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in East Texas! This role is key in ensuring high-quality nutrition care and meal satisfaction across our long-term care communities. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with attendance are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for approximately 9 facilities, all within a 1-1.5 hour radius of the Waco/ Corsicana area.

Your Impact as a Regional Registered Dietitian

In this role, you will:

• Conduct monthly visits to assigned facilities within 1-1.5 hour radius of the Waco/ Corsicana area.

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities

• Collaborate closely with Certified Dietary Managers to ensure compliance with foodservice systems and quality standards

• Oversee resident meal acceptance and satisfaction while ensuring dietary needs are met

• Monitor and support the quality, sanitation, and accuracy of food production and service

• Promote delicious, nutritious, and visually appealing meals for residents

• Support education and guidance for facility food service teams to maintain regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas

• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and educate foodservice staff

• Has experience or interest in geriatric nutrition and long-term care

• Is self-motivated and can manage their own travel schedule

• Can multi-task effectively while supporting multiple sites

• Is passionate about enhancing the resident experience through exceptional nutrition
