What Our Client Needs
We are looking for a Director, Marketing to develop content strategies and create compelling marketing content that clearly articulates the value of the organization’s unique identification system in the digital domain. In this role, you will create, edit, promote, and collaborate on content that resonates across industries, audiences, and channels. You will work cross-functionally to ensure messaging is aligned, impactful, and designed to drive engagement across paid, owned, and earned platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Align with strategic program teams across government, member growth, and supply chain visibility to create cohesive storytelling across channels
- Lead efforts to expand the reach and impact of content through segmented customer communities
- Conduct impact and opportunity analysis to assess market need and determine which content initiatives merit further investment
- Advance high-value ideas while preventing low-impact initiatives from draining resources
- Articulate clear, compelling value propositions by translating customer drivers into focused messaging around need, solution, and benefit
- Translate technical concepts into customer-centric, accessible language
- Create and oversee high-quality, high-impact content in collaboration with internal program teams
- Manage editorial planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and the customer journey
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Provide tactical marketing support through strong copywriting, proofreading, and creative execution
- Partner closely with marketing managers and specialists to maximize content value and engagement
This role operates in a hybrid work environment.
What You’ll Need
- At least 8 years of related professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in content strategy and content operations
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience driving business process improvement and change management initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- B2B marketing experience with an analytical, data-informed mindset
- Experience with channel marketing and digital marketing preferred
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead with curiosity, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach
What They Offer
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000
- Bonus: Eligible for participation in the annual employee bonus program
