Position Summary
The Education Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s educational initiatives by ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of programs, classes, and events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for education-related inquiries via phone, in person, and online
Register, schedule, and manage class enrollments within the CRM system
Maintain accurate records for orientations, ethics requirements, continuing education (CE), and licensing data
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual classes, including room setup, materials, technology, and attendee communications
Organize and support educational events such as webinars, panels, summits, and committee meetings
Communicate effectively with instructors regarding schedules, materials, and requirements
Track attendance, certifications, and continuing education credits accurately
Ensure compliance with applicable education regulations and standards
Promote educational offerings through various communication channels
Maintain updated calendars, promotional materials, and resource displays
Assist with sponsorship coordination and participant engagement initiatives
Prepare departmental reports and maintain tracking documentation
Process administrative tasks such as refunds, transfers, and payment requests
Support leadership with program planning and execution
Participate in ongoing professional development
Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
3–5 years of administrative or program coordination experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
Familiarity with continuing education programs, certification processes, or professional development environments
Experience working with CRM systems and event coordination tools
Understanding of regulatory or compliance-based education programs

Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
Ability to handle occasional travel (if applicable)
