We are hiring a dedicated BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst for an established ABA clinic and community program.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Conduct FBAs and skills assessments and write treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Supervise and train RBTs in clinic, home and school settings
</li>
<li>
Analyze data and adjust programs to drive progress
</li>
<li>
Train parents and caregivers in person and remotely
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with schools, therapists and families
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active BCBA certification in good standing
</li>
<li>
Iowa behavior analyst licensure or eligibility
</li>
<li>
Experience supervising RBTs and writing treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Able to travel locally for in-person sessions
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
</li>
</ul>

Schedule: Full-time or part-time, hybrid: in-person sessions plus remote work
Compensation: $70 - $100+ per hour
