Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team!

We are looking for nurses who are committed to providing high-quality resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• PRN

• Daylight, Evening, and Overnight opportunities available

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Provide direct nursing care and support

• Supervise CNAs and assist with clinical oversight

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate and resident-focused
