Facility Requirements:
• Must have 5 years recent RN ICU experiance in an LTAC hospital setting
• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Must have Texas RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume
• Will be required to float to Lower aquity depenidng on facility census
