We always encourage nurses to tour the facility and meet the team, most people know pretty quickly if this feels like the right fit!

  • Pay Range: $40-45 an hour plus $3 differential
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts
    • Overnight: 6:00pm-6:30am 3 times a week

What You’ll Do

  • Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
  • Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
  • Process labs and communicate results
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
  • Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
  • Support clients through detox and stabilization
  • Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
  • Communicate with families when appropriate
  • Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
  • Maintain medical supply inventory
  • Participate in trainings and staff meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You’ll Bring

  • Active RN license in the state of Colorado
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
  • SUD/MH experience is a plus — but not required
