RQ is hiring skilled Sheet Metal Installers to join its self-perform team supporting ongoing construction projects at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Established in 1996, RQC, LLC has grown into a prominent player in the commercial and government Design-Build industry. The company operates across the country, managing active projects nationwide, including in North Carolina. Work is executed through dedicated field teams assigned to specific job sites. RQC is recognized for delivering fast-paced commercial construction projects for both public and private clients, with much of its work supporting Department of Defense efforts.

Position Summary:
Sheet Metal Installers are responsible for the fabrication and installation of ductwork, HVAC systems, and air distribution components on active job sites. All tasks must meet applicable building codes and industry standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and the ability to safely operate tools and equipment while following strict safety guidelines and aligning with company values.

Compensation:
$20.00 - $38.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 4 years of experience (or equivalent) as a journey-level sheet metal worker in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments
  • Experience on government, military, or large-scale commercial construction projects is preferred
