Role Description The Marketing Intern is a part-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY, supporting day-to-day marketing activities to increase brand visibility and guest engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering customer insights, and helping develop marketing strategies for promotions and events. The intern will support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, contribute to social media and digital content, and coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align messaging. Additional tasks may include tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases, and participating in on-site promotional activities within the entertainment center.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing and professional interpersonal interaction.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer and competitor data.
- Interest or experience in Sales and Customer Service within a consumer-facing environment.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy and promotional planning.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Audio Video equipment and a editing tools.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lexington, KY and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
